Our Crown Care communities are operated around the clock by trained caregivers who aim to ease the burdens of our residents’ daily lives, from care needs to medication management. Our goal is to provide our clients the freedom to enjoy their time with neighbors, pursue passions, explore fine cuisine, and celebrate life with new friends.
Our Care Programs offer total flexibility with charging only for the care you require. Whatever one’s particular care needs are, we will identify a tier of care that properly meets those needs. The Assisted Living Program offers five levels of care. The Assessment Summary, in addition to the state required assessment, makes it easy to understand “what care” and “how much care” is needed.
The Planning
Each of our homes offer either some or all of the different kinds of care that people may need in later life.
In every case we aim to deliver special resident experiences by developing an individual care plan for each resident with the involvement of that person and also of those who know them best.
We then continually review each resident’s care experience to make sure it is the most appropriate for them, or if their needs have changed. And all along the way we encourage feedback so that adjustments in care can be made as and when they’re needed.
ALL THE FUN AND THEN SOME !!!
While Assisted Living residents enjoy all the freedom and life enrichment programming options as Independent Living residents, they also receive an added level of care, service, and security personalized just for them. Services such as bathing, dressing, medication assistance, and more are available as needed. In the case of an emergency, Assisted Living residents can use their emergency call pendant or in-room emergency pull-cord for immediate attention, available 24/7.
FOUNDATIONS FOR THE FUTURE
We use exclusive technology to continuously improve residents’ day-to-day experiences through our Quality of Life Programs. As well as medication dosage, dietary needs and mobility, the system also captures residents’ wants, wishes and preferences, alongside feedback from relatives and professionals. This information is immediately available to Home Managers and their teams, complimenting the normal face-to-face conversations we have each day. If a resident’s needs change, so too does their individualized plan and thus the services and care that are delivered. Our professionally trained nursing staff is always there to ensure that you or your loved one are cared for with dignity and respect while fully enjoying the comforts of home.
